You’ll be part of a central Data Analytics team partnering closely with Product, Consumer & Business. While each role has a primary focus area, we value analysts who can think end-to-end, validate impact, and drive decisions beyond dashboards

What You Will Do

• Analyze end-to-end DTC & sales funnel performance across hardware sales, conversion, and revenue.
• Diagnose drivers of DTC & sales performance changes across platform, audiences, creatives, landing pages, and promotions.
• Design and execute measurement plans to evaluate growth actions and experiments using consistent logic.
• Build and maintain dashboards and analytical views that surface efficiency, trends, and risks clearly.
• Partner with DTC, GTM, Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to translate insights into prioritized, data-informed actions.

Skills, Qualifications And Experience We Look For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or related roles within e-commerce, DTC, or tech companies.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with web, DTC, and marketing data sources (e.g. Shopify, web analytics, ad platforms).
• Solid understanding of funnel analysis, attribution trade-offs, experimentation, and performance measurement.
• Proven ability to operate end-to-end—from problem framing to insight delivery and outcome validation.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, decision-ready recommendations.
