The AI Delivery Manager is responsible for leading high-performance software delivery teams operating under the AI-Driven Development approach. This role ensures consistent QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) performance, drives strategic alignment with business objectives, manages customer expectations, and guarantees that AI-powered processes and tools are adopted effectively across all teams. The AI Delivery Manager acts as both a delivery leader and a process expert, enabling teams to achieve exceptional productivity through AI, automation, and modern engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Leadership & Execution
Lead the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle, ensuring execution excellence from roadmap validation to release.
Manage and empower all delivery teams within the assigned division, promoting high performance, clear objectives, and healthy team culture.
Own QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) results by ensuring strong product quality, realistic delivery plans, and efficient cost oversight.
Oversee planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery tracking to ensure predictable and transparent outcomes.
Continuously monitor productivity, process health, and team performance; implement operational improvements to optimize flow and output.
Identify and manage program-level risks early, establish mitigation strategies, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
Remove blockers, facilitate conflict resolution, and maintain smooth, stable delivery flow across teams.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clarity, and strong communication.
Act as the key escalation owner for delivery issues, ensuring timely decisions and appropriate stakeholder updates.
Lead critical customer negotiations, set and manage delivery expectations, and ensure high customer satisfaction, including NPS measurement and follow-up improvements.
AI-Driven Delivery Excellence
Drive full adoption of AI-Driven Development practices across teams, including the use of LLMs, agents, automations, and internal AI tools throughout the lifecycle.
Assess and validate AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and responsible use of AI in delivery workflows.
Lead continuous improvement of AI-enhanced delivery standards, processes, guidelines, and best practices across the organization.
Collaborate with Sales and Business teams to manage the delivery pipeline, forecast demands, and optimize resource planning.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and capability development of delivery teams, including performance evaluation, competency development, and career growth planning.
Foster cross-team alignment and collaboration to ensure coherent execution and organizational scalability.
Required Qualifications:
Core Technical Skills (Hard Skills):
Strong understanding of delivery processes, backlog management, roadmap planning, and capacity forecasting.
Knowledge of AI-Driven Development lifecycle, including spec-driven workflows, prompt engineering, AI-generated code, and AI-assisted testing.
Familiarity with software architecture concepts, quality assurance, CI/CD practices, and technical risk assessment.
Advanced capability in program-level risk management, including identification, probability/impact analysis, mitigation planning, and communication.
Ability to analyze productivity, delivery metrics, and team performance to guide strategic improvements.

Ability to facilitate complex discussions between business, product, and engineering stakeholders to ensure delivery clarity.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills, especially in fast-moving or ambiguous delivery environments.
Proficiency in tracking KPIs, OKRs, delivery metrics, and team performance data to support decision-making and improve predictability.
Solid understanding of software development workflows, engineering practices, and product delivery life cycles.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, QA, and business units to ensure delivery success.
Experience with AI-assisted development, LLMs, or workflow automation.
Background in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.
Experience with DDD or enterprise-level delivery.
Previous experience leading distributed or cross-cultural teams.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term goals with short-term execution needs.
