Role Description

Evinova is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Engineer for a full-time position based in Barcelona, Spain. The engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our digital systems. Key responsibilities include monitoring network activity, detecting and responding to cybersecurity incidents, evaluating and implementing security tools, conducting routine vulnerability assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system security. In addition, the successful candidate will provide recommendations for risk mitigation and support compliance with cybersecurity best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cybersecurity concepts, including threat analysis, risk management, and incident response.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools, intrusion detection systems, and security protocols.
• Technical expertise in network security, firewalls, endpoint protection, and cloud computing security.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and frameworks, such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST.
