Job description
Arviem AG, with headquarters is Switzerland is a pioneer in IoT-based multi-modal cargo monitoring and tracking services. With teams located in EMEA, APAC and North and South America, Arviem helps its customers to protect their cargo from theft and quality damages. To grow our Operations Team, we are searching for a motivated and skilled Customer Support & Success Specialist who will be working in Brazil.
Tasks:
Monitoring project management and execution in collaboration with internal teams
As the project owner you are in direct client contact and you plan and perform regular day-to-day operational, tactical planning and review meetings
Onboarding new clients and performing education sessions while acting as a primary source of client contact
Involvement in pre-sales activities delivering inputs for smooth client onboarding and service implementation
You know our operational tasks in and out and you perform them daily as a part of your activities
Data maintenance and daily reviews in the Arviem Monitoring and Tracking System (AMTS)
Assistance with Customer Support
You work closely with clients to ensure successful monitoring and support clients with their requests
Occasional travels required

Salary range: R$ 6-9k/month based on experience
Higher education degree and relevant work experience
A strong affinity to technology and a very good knowledge of MS Excel
Project management experience
Strong customer orientation with a friendly and modest service-oriented behavior
Detail-oriented, accurate and structured work ensuring high-quality service to our customers
You feel comfortable in running demo and training sessions and have strong analytical and presentation skills
Proven fluent Portuguese, English and Spanish a must
Ability to work independently within an international team with self-discipline
A self-starter who takes initiatives and ownership of tasks
A fast-learner and multi-tasker who flourishes in a highly dynamic work environment
Practical and flexible mind-set and attitude.
Ability to cope with non-perfect situations as part of a scale up business.
You can identify, define, and implement process improvements and ideas.
Previous experience with IoT devices will be considered a plus.
