We’re hiring a Customer Support Specialist who understands sales ops and automations.

Experience: Minimum 2 year in technical CSR / CS roles
About the Role
Are you passionate about helping customers succeed and delivering exceptional experiences? Do you thrive on solving problems, guiding users, and making sure they get maximum value from a product? If so, we want you on our team.
You’ll work closely with Success, QA, Product, and Engineering to keep every interaction smooth, impactful, and aligned with customer goals.
What You’ll Own
• Answer customer inquiries via chat on Intercom (setup, integrations, workflow logic, routing, CRM connections).
• Fast response times required during office hours along with speedy resolutions while providing exceptional customer care service.
• Work inside Slack Connect channels with Business customers (fast response culture).
• Troubleshoot issues fast across: HubSpot, Close, Pipedrive, Zapier/Make, Stripe, Meta Pixel, GTM, Zoom, Slack.
• Help customers improve show rate, lead qualification, and routing logic using best practices.
• Record quick Looms to explain solutions clearly when it's not possible via chat.
• Collaborate with Success, QA and Product to report bugs, patterns, and feature requests.
Who We Want
SaaS CS experience (minimum 2 years).
Nice to Have
• Experience with high-ticket funnels.
• You understand sales and/or marketing

• Background in tech support.
• Ability to test flows, read logic, diagnose broken automations.
• French (fluent — optional)
