Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive role based in Mumbai. The Customer Support Executive will handle customer queries across phone, email, chat, and in-app channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic responses. Responsibilities include guiding customers through policy details, claims-related questions, and platform usage, as well as escalating complex issues to relevant internal teams. The role involves tracking and documenting interactions in support tools, following standard operating procedures, and contributing feedback to improve FAQs, help content, and support processes. The Customer Support Executive will collaborate closely with product, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction and trust in CoverSure’s platform.
