Responsibilities include:

• Answering support questions about the product and its features via phone and email
• Drafting articles for use in training and for our support site
• Building training modules for community Sales Directors
• Elevating key customer needs to the company's senior leadership

This position is based in our Atlanta office. While Welcome Home supports hybrid work, employees for this role are only eligible after the onboarding period (3-6 months of full-time employment)

About You

The ideal candidate is an organized, thoughtful, and detail-oriented individual who is inspired by innovation and our customer’s success, with 1-3 years of working experience. In addition, you will have:
