We're looking for someone to join our team and get on board this rocket ship with us.
About the role:
We're expanding our Customer Experience team and looking for a customer success professional with a background in psychology, behavioral science, or UX research who thrives at the intersection of customer relationships and applied science.
This isn't a research position—it's a high-touch, relationship-driven customer success role where you'll serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for multiple Fortune 500 clients. You'll translate psychological insights into business value, guide customers through the platform, and drive retention and expansion through systematic processes and exceptional service delivery.
If you've worked in customer success, account management, consulting, or agency roles and have a psychology/behavioral science background that helps you speak confidently and fluently about the psychology of decision making, we want to hear from you.
