This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Manager, based in Indore. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding and training clients, providing ongoing support, identifying opportunities to optimize their processes, gathering customer feedback, collaborating with internal teams to address concerns, and proactively ensuring client retention and success.
