We expect you to
• Have experience in the customer service field. Experience in similar positions is an advantage.
• Have empathy and patience for helping customers.
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex tech simply.
• Be organised, with good time management skills and detail-oriented.
• Be a proactive problem solver and take ownership of your work.
• Be adaptive and eager to learn.
• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Working hours
• Night shift: Midnight - 8 AM EET
• For the onboarding period - daytime. Once everything feels comfortable, you'd transition to the night shift.
