About the Role

We're looking for an expert who has worked in AI SaaS customer success to help with:

Onboarding and activating customers.
Ensuring customers see ROI by monitoring AI activity in their accounts.
Proposing strategy upsell opportunities.
Promptly dealing with customer requests, ensuring they are triaged to the correct point of contact within the company.
Improving customer retention through intelligent contracting and product cross-sells.
Ensure customers are happy at all times.
