WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Launch new customers and guide them to early success
- Lead monthly business reviews and performance walkthroughs to deliver value and highlight results
- Build deep, positive relationships with clients built on trust, responsiveness, and clarity
- Translate complex data into simple, actionable business insights
- Identify opportunities for upsells, expansions, and renewed contracts
- Monitor account health and proactively address churn risks
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or consulting
- Strong command of data and the ability to present performance insights to clients at all levels
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
- Confidence leading strategic conversations with executives
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting
- Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and execute in a fast-paced startup environment

- Understand P&L statements and financial modeling
- Have experience in eCommerce or SaaS
- Have worked with tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Intercom, Slack
- Can speak SQL, Python, or another data language
