Chemify digitizes molecule design and production to let researchers design, synthesize, and iterate on compounds faster and more reproducibly. It does this with its Chemputation platform that combines automated robotics, a chemical programming language, and AI-driven design to execute programmable synthesis and closed-loop make-test cycles. The product is a deep-tech B2B platform integrating lab automation hardware with software for molecular design, synthesis execution, and data-driven optimization. Chemify primarily serves pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and industrial materials customers seeking to accelerate discovery and scale reproducible chemical synthesis.

Who Are We
Chemify is creating a future where the access to important molecules, drugs and new materials currently unimaginable are instantly accessible radically increasing the speed of innovation, quality of life, and reach of humanity. The company is building the infrastructure to digitize chemistry to design, make, and discover new molecules with the desired function and properties instantly and on-demand. Chemify has built a platform that combines purpose-built programming languages, robotics, AI, and the worlds largest and continuously growing database of chemical programs to accelerate chemical discovery to new, transformative heights.
Chemify is supported by some of the best investors from Silicon Valley and across the world, including Wing Venture Capital, Insight Partners, 8VCTriatomic Capital, BlueYard ventures, DCVC, Founders Fund, and others. Chemify has just completed its Series B funding which will enable strengthening the technology, scaling up its capacity and expanding the commercial team in the US and Europe.
The Role
Customer success (CS) is key to an organizations success as it is responsible for setting and delivering on customer expectations. The CS team is part of the commercial organization and primarily responsible for alliance management, building strong relationships with our partners and expanding the book of business with existing customers.
Additionally, the commercial team plays the role of trusted voice of customer to the whole company, and advisors to the executive team. At Chemify, CS is a critical function working transversally with business development (BD), project management (PM) and operations both internally and externally.
The Customer Success Director, USA is responsible for maintaining and expanding the existing customer base by building long-lasting relationships with our partners while coordinating the day-to-day alliance management with Chemify PMs. The candidate must possess a builder (get your hands dirty) attitude and a resilient mindset which are instrumental to succeed in a startup environment. Besides, the successful candidate will work closely with its European counterpart to co-shape the CS function by defining and refining scalable processes enabling a smooth customer experience from project scoping to completion and renewal.
