About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Success & Delivery Manager to drive measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients implementing Lyzr’s AI agent solutions. This role is a hybrid of Customer Success, Project Management, and Strategic Consulting, ensuring clients achieve significant ROI from their AI investments while building long-term partnerships. As the primary point of contact for 4–6 enterprise implementations, you will act as a trusted advisor and individual contributor with cross-functional leadership – orchestrating teams of solution architects and engineers to deliver transformational results. You’ll balance strategic planning, hands-on project delivery, and ongoing relationship management across US, UK, and European time zones (with on-site client visits as needed). The ideal candidate has deep customer empathy, technical fluency in AI/ML, and the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
