Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Associate/Manager based in New Delhi. The role involves ensuring a seamless experience for clients by engaging with them regularly, providing support, addressing their concerns, and driving customer success initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions, ensuring retention and satisfaction, monitoring feedback to improve services, and analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Proficient in Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and Customer Retention
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and driving positive experiences
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and provide actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
Previous experience in customer success or client-facing roles is an advantage
Familiarity with legal or technology-driven platforms is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
