Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Hyderabad. The individual will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions. They will also engage with clients and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience through exemplary support and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in fostering optimal Customer Experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative is an advantage
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• A high school diploma, equivalent, or higher educational qualifications
