This role is an Onsite position located at 1021 Highbridge Road Schenectady, NY 12303.

This opportunity includes a 12-week mandatory onsite paid training program. The schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00am-7:30pm with Sunday and Mondays off.Once training is completed, you will move into an assigned shift you have selected at the offer stage.

The pay rate is $20.00 per hour. We also offer a $0.75 shift differential for any shifts starting at 11 AM or later. This also includes during your training program.

Required Qualifications WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Language: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ months of customer service experience; 6+ months of experience working with computers and software applications; previous work in cable operations or a telecommunications call center
• Technical Skills: MS Office, computer skills, typing
• Skills: Communication, organization, time management, problem-solving, efficient, multi-tasking, customer service
• Abilities: Dependable, courteous, enthusiastic, empathetic, results-driven, professional, resilient
