About the Role
We are expanding quickly and are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient Customer Operations Specialist to support data analysis, technical support, customer operations, customer success, and new client implementation setup.
This role is both proactive and reactive. You will investigate issues, answer questions, support dealership clients with their operational needs, help launch new clients successfully, improve internal processes, and anticipate challenges before they affect our customers or business. You will play a key role in helping us scale by keeping processes accurate, resolving issues efficiently, and surfacing meaningful insights from our data.
Success in this role requires precision, strong follow-through, analytical thinking, and the ability to strengthen customer relationships through reliable, thoughtful support.
