This is a full-time, on-site role located in Istanbul, Turkiye for a Customer Service Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, conducting field service visits to diagnose problems, and implementing solutions effectively. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring seamless operation of our robotics systems at client locations.

Relevant experience in robotics, manufacturing, or automation
Strong skills and experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
Familiarity with Field Service practices, including on-site troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Proficiency in Technical Support and providing solutions for complex systems
Proven expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients
Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field is preferred
Candidates with a Schengen nationality preferred
