Job Title: CRM & Sales Support Executive

Role Overview:
We are looking for an organized and proactive CRM & Sales Support Executive to act as the engine of our sales process. In this role, you will be the guardian of our HubSpot database, ensuring every lead is accurate, up-to-date, and accounted for. You will also bridge the gap between data and sales by directly following up with leads to verify details, re-engage interest, and ensure a smooth customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
1. HubSpot CRM Management & Hygiene (The "Cleaner" Role)
Data Integrity:
Regularly audit the HubSpot database to correct formatting errors, update missing fields, and merge duplicate records.
List Management:
Segment lists for marketing and sales campaigns based on industry, location, or lead status.
2. Lead Follow-up & Sales Support (The "Connector" Role)
Lead Verification:
Call and email incoming leads to verify contact information and determine immediate interest.
Follow-up Cadence:
Execute follow-up sequences for cold or stalled leads to re-ignite conversations.
3. Reporting & Admin
Requirements
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Database Health:
% of incomplete or duplicate records reduced per month.
Response Time:
Speed of initial follow-up on new leads.
Re-engagement:
Number of "dead" leads reactivated or qualified through your follow-up

Process Maintenance:
Ensure all deal stages and lead statuses are accurately reflected in real-time.
Import/Export:
assist in importing new lead lists and ensuring data is mapped correctly.
Scheduling:
Assist the senior sales team by booking meetings with qualified prospects.
Customer Inquiries:
Serve as the first point of contact for general inquiries, ensuring a fast and professional response time.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a Data/Admin role.
Tech Stack:
Proven experience using HubSpot CRM
is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable navigating objects, properties, and lists.
Communication:
Strong verbal communication skills (comfortable calling leads) and professional email writing etiquette.
Attention to Detail:
You are the type of person who gets annoyed when a name is typed in "all lowercase" and feels the need to fix it immediately.
Tools:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, filtering) is a strong plus.
