Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Customer Relations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experiences by managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively building relationships. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction, maintaining accurate customer records, and identifying opportunities for enhancing retention rates.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Experience in Customer Retention and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-first approach
- Proven ability to handle customer concerns effectively and escalate issues when necessary
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
