Introduction
We are looking for a Program/Project Manager to lead hardware/system programs in the execution phase, involving evaluation boards including AI chip, and system integration. You will act as the bridge between customers and internal engineering teams, managing scope, schedule, risks, and communication to keep programs moving forward.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Own end-to-end program execution management: schedule, issues, risks, and dependencies
Drive customer alignment on requirements and system/hardware specifications
Coordinate across internal stakeholders (HW/SW/architecture/business) and run working cadences
Support decision-making on evaluation boards and system-level configurations (actions, owners, next steps)
- Create high-quality documentation and reports (primarily in Japanese, some English as needed for internal)
- Collaborate with global teams/partners when required

主な業務内容
- プログラム全体の実行管理（スケジュール、課題、リスク、依存関係）
- 顧客との要件定義およびシステム／ハードウェア仕様の整合
- 顧客対応（産業、ディフェンス、航空宇宙分野など）
- 社内ステークホルダー（HW／SW／アーキテクチャ／ビジネス）との連携およびプロジェクト推進
- 評価ボードおよびシステム構成に関する意思決定支援（アクション・担当・次ステップ整理）
- ドキュメント・レポート作成（主に日本語、一部英語）
- 必要に応じたグローバルチーム／パートナーとの連携
Required Qualifications
- Native-level Japanese (mandatory for customer communication and Japanese documentation)
- Business level English communication skills
- Experience in program/project management (or equivalent execution leadership)
- Technical aptitude to work effectively with engineering teams (hardware/system basics)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with semiconductors, board design, embedded/edge AI, or system integration
- Familiarity with AI software and inference workflows
