Customer Integrations Specialist

Reports To: VP of Customer Integrations
About the Role
As a Customer Integrations Specialist, you will be the integrations representative on CloneOps' Customer Team - a cross-functional group that delivers autonomous Al agents to our customers. You'll work directly with customers and their technical teams to design, implement, and maintain integrations between CloneOps, customer systems, partner platforms, and third-party tools. Your work ensures our Al agents can seamlessly access and update the information they need to perform real-world tasks.
While much of your work will involve one-off customer projects, your mission is to minimize custom development by creating standardized, reusable, and productized integration patterns. You'll collaborate closely with solutions engineers, software engineers, and customer stakeholders to deliver integrations that are both technically sound and strategically aligned with CloneOps' long-term platform vision.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the integration lead on the Customer Team, owning all data flow and connectivity aspects of customer Al agent deployments.
Work directly with customers and their engineering teams to understand requirements, validate API access, and guide integration best practices.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in software development or systems integration roles.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST APis, and JSON.
• Solid understanding of data structures, transformation logic, and system interoperability.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a drive for standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement.
