Work closely with division different organizations including engineering, sales and marketing within KLA and with customer engineers outside KLA and provide high level applications support for the Zeta metrology system. : Assist field service engineers in resolving complex technical issues and provide high-level applications support for optical profilers applications. Being an expert, you’re able to work with the tool, setting up metrology recipes, performing measurements on samples, analyze the results and report in a clear way to customers. : Evaluate new customer samples, collaborate with design engineering teams to develop optimal solutions, and prepare detailed reports within two weeks. : Manage in-house customer demonstrations and head-to-head (H2H) activities at customer sites. Conduct new tool demonstrations to showcase performance and develop use cases to drive sales. : Design experiments to characterize tool/subcomponent performance, demonstrate product value in alpha and beta testing, and support pilot tool adoption at customer facilities. : Develop recipes to model complex optical applications and optimize tool performance. : Provide escalation support to onsite field service engineers, leading and coordinating remote/local troubleshooting. : Create comprehensive technical training materials and conduct training sessions for KLA when requested. Transfer new production knowledge and application capabilities to the worldwide apps support team. : Work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams within KLA and customer engineers outside KLA. Work closely with the customer and relay the information to the division to support the roadmap and technology developments. Being able to build up a good customer relationship and getting insight on customer problems, will be key to be successful in your role. : Support beta installations at customer facilities and pay attention to customers’ requirements. Ensure smooth implementation and functionality. Focus mainly on TSMC and potentially other Taiwan based customers. Travel is required. Worldwide if necessary. : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with at least 4 years of industry experience. MS degree in related engineering fields such as optics, materials science, and microelectronics is preferred. : Experience as a technical specialist or application engineer in high-tech products is advantageous. Matlab/Python experience is a plus. : Previous experience in product training is beneficial. : Exceptional organizational, analytical, project management, and self-leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. : Dynamic personality with superb communication and interpersonal skills. Strong inclination towards interacting with people and working effectively with different cultures. : Keen technical mind, attention to detail, positive drive, and commitment to achieving results. y: Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
