Position Summary This role is a unique hybrid between DevOps engineering and technical customer onboarding.
We are scaling rapidly and onboarding a growing number of laboratory customers worldwide. As a Customer DevOps Engineer, you will ensure that our infrastructure, deployment processes, and integration tooling scale reliably across highly diverse lab environments.
This is not a classic support role. You will own the technical onboarding experience end-to-end: from deploying backend services to building robust integration tools and improving processes so each onboarding becomes faster, cleaner, and more scalable.
