Position Summary This role is a unique hybrid between DevOps engineering and technical customer onboarding.

We are scaling rapidly and onboarding a growing number of laboratory customers worldwide. As a Customer DevOps Engineer, you will ensure that our infrastructure, deployment processes, and integration tooling scale reliably across highly diverse lab environments.

This is not a classic support role. You will own the technical onboarding experience end-to-end: from deploying backend services to building robust integration tools and improving processes so each onboarding becomes faster, cleaner, and more scalable.

Your Responsibilities

• Own technical customer onboarding
• Act as the main technical contact during the onboarding phase and ensure smooth, repeatable deployments for new laboratory customers.
• Deploy & operate infrastructure
• Deploy backend services using GitLab CI/CD and operate customer-facing services in Docker Swarm environments.
• Build integration tooling
• Develop and improve Python-based integration tools to connect our platform with various laboratory and hospital systems.

Your Profile

Background & Experience

• Strong experience with Python, especially for automation and integration tasks
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Docker Swarm
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, ideally with GitLab CI/CD
• Confidence working in Linux server environments (networking, permissions, debugging)
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ownership mindset: you care about outcomes, not just tasks

Nice to Have:

• Experience with customer-facing technical roles
• Exposure to healthcare, labs, or regulated environments
• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
