Job Description
As a Customer Delivery Manager, you are the key driver of customer success - from advanced pre-sales demos to a smooth go-live, and on-going support and enablement. You act as the bridge between complex business operations and our optimization solution , turning real-world constraints, data, and objectives into high-impact decision support.
You are excellent at uncovering what customers actually need, scoping requirements and translating them into the right model and scenarios. You ensure data quality, configure scenarios, analyze solver behavior, showcase results, and drive long-term adoption of the solution.

Higher education degree or Graduate School of Engineering or Business
