As a Customer Data Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and customer delivery.
You’ll work directly with biotech customers to answer urgent questions, build dashboards and analyses, and translate messy clinical trial data into decisions teams can act on immediately. You’ll partner closely with our product and engineering teams, but you’ll own customer-facing delivery end-to-end.
This is not an internal analytics role and not a ticket factory. You’ll be expected to think, prioritize, and execute independently.
If you’re someone who likes being close to users, thrives in ambiguity, and takes pride in shipping work that directly impacts customers, this role will feel energizing.
