Discover the Opportunity We’re looking for a driven Customer Analyst who will be responsible for leveraging data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and QlikView to deliver actionable insights about Opal Group’s key strategic customers. This role aims to create meaningful, data-driven insights to enhance customer outcomes. The analyst will develop elegant dashboards in Power BI and a suite of reports to identify commercial trends, enabling management and team members to make informed decisions to improve customer relationships and business performance. In this role, you will: - Extract, merge, and analyse data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and QlikView to generate insights focused on Opal Group’s key strategic customers. - Design and maintain intuitive, visually appealing dashboards to present customer data and commercial trends in a clear and actionable format. - Develop a suite of reports that highlight customer behaviour, purchasing patterns, and opportunities for growth or improvement. - Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. - Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to improve customer outcomes, retention, and revenue growth. Ideally, you will have: - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably with a focus on customer analytics or business intelligence. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and QlikView for data extraction, integration, and visualization. - Expertise in creating user-friendly, visually compelling dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., QlikView, Power BI, or similar). - Experience in a large-scale business environment (e.g., organizations with significant customer bases or revenue streams) is highly desirable. - Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.
