The Role We are looking for a rare, dual-threat executive to step into the combined role of CTO/CPO.
This is not a purely strategic, ivory-tower position. We need a commercially driven powerhouse who is highly opinionated about product, deeply technical, and utterly fearless when it comes to getting their hands dirty. You will own the entire product and technology lifecycle—from defining the overarching vision and architecture to driving daily execution and market fit. You will bridge the gap between complex applied AI capabilities and tangible, revenue-generating business value for our SaaS customers.

Day 1 to 30: Audit, Assess & Align
Conduct a ruthless audit of the current technical architecture, applied AI models, and product roadmap. Identify immediate bottlenecks in scalability, security, or performance.
Deep-dive into the existing engineering, product, and data teams to assess talent, velocity, and culture.
Align intimately with Sales, Customer Success, and the CEO to understand exactly what features and AI capabilities are driving (or blocking) ARR and customer retention.

Define and roll out a highly opinionated, market-defining product strategy and roadmap. Ruthlessly prioritize features that drive commercial outcomes and kill "tech for tech's sake" projects.
Implement rigorous, scalable engineering practices and agile workflows to increase shipping velocity and establish clear accountability across all teams.
Make critical decisions on architecture and infrastructure to ensure the platform can handle our ambitious scaling and performance requirements.
Day 90: Execute, Ship & Drive ROI
The product and engineering engine is humming. You are actively shipping high-impact features that deliver immediate, measurable ROI to our e-commerce clients.
The gap between our complex AI research and tangible SaaS business value is completely bridged.
You have established a culture of high velocity and engineering excellence, stepping in to manage out underperformers and actively recruiting A-players to fill critical gaps.
