We’re looking for a CTO co-founder to join a repeat founder and help build a new product from the ground up: avatar ai

Startup status:

• Product : MVP launched, not yet built to scale
• Stage : Validating PMF with design partners
• Team : Founder/CEO plus 3 team members
• Funding : $5M seed commitment in place

This is a true co-founder role.

You will own engineering, architecture, and technical strategy. CEO handles GTM, revenue, and fundraising. You’ll be part of board-level conversations alongside partners from Redpoint, CRV, Craft, and NVIDIA.

This new venture has a $5M seed commitment from a Tier-1 VC.

This is a B2B2C play , similar to companies like ElevenLabs and HeyGen , combining elements of both consumer and enterprise .

This is a rare opportunity for a high-agency engineer with deep architectural experience to build from the ground up (the MVP is built and in the validation process).

You will have complete autonomy over the technology stack, system design, and engineering culture.

We’re looking for people who have operated at a high level before:

• Former technical founder or experience in top-tier engineering environments
• Strong fundamentals in AI, especially voice and video AI
• Deep architectural thinking and strong product instinct
• High agency , resourceful, and execution-oriented
• Ideally, someone who has built products from scratch and raised venture capital as a founder
