Considering that many adults may not be fully engaged with their lifestyle habits, and nearly as many find it challenging to stick to positive lifestyle changes. It's evident that enhancing motivation is key to promoting overall health and encouraging a healthier, more active lifestyle for all. This is relevant for everyone, both the healthy and the less healthy, with and without chronic disease. Although 75% of us die from a chronic disease (hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol...), 50% of us are not aware of having a condition (awareness) and 50% of us are not adherent to their treatment (adherence). By rewarding self-monitoring, Elfie contributes to raising awareness and adherence among the general public. Elfie is made up of lifestyle medicine professionals, healthcare professionals, users, patients, engineers who participate to the elaboration of the application's content. Under the supervision of our scientific board, they provide qualitative and up to date information on health, wellbeing and lifestyle. Today, Elfie is endorsed by 6 medical associations and has reached nearly 500,000 families across North America, Europe, LatAm, APAC and the MiddleEast.

About The Role
You will play a pivotal role in shaping personalised, data-driven communication strategies that improve user engagement and retention , support care coordination, and help users build lasting healthy habits. You will own and execute Elfie’s CRM operations across multiple channels within the mobile app, leveraging hands-on expertise in CRM platforms, segmentation, automation, and experimentation to deliver timely, localised, and impactful communications. Working closely with Growth , Product, Content, Design, and Analytics teams, you will translate insights into high-quality campaigns that scale across markets and support better health outcomes as Elfie continues its global expansion
