Job Title: Dark Utilities C&Q Project Manager

Location: Indiana (Onsite)

Overview:

Seeking a senior Project Manager with deep expertise in Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) of dark utilities to lead construction and qualification activities for an automated warehouse in a regulated environment. This role will manage multiple contractors and ensure seamless integration between construction and C&Q requirements.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of experience with dark utilities in regulated environments
• Proven C&Q experience for dark utilities
• Strong Project Management experience on large, multi-vendor projects
• Hands-on experience with electrical power systems, lighting, and building management systems (BMS)
• Experience with cooling towers and chilled water loops
• Experience with steam systems for facility heating (non-clean steam)
• Ability to manage 10–15 contractors simultaneously
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, chemical, or power plant environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction and C&Q activities for dark utilities systems
• Oversee electrical, lighting, BMS, chilled water, cooling tower, and steam utility qualification
• Coordinate closely with construction and C&Q teams to align scope and deliverables
• Manage and drive performance of multiple contractors and vendors
• Participate in technical and project leadership meetings
• Ensure utilities meet project, regulatory, and quality requirements
