Angle Recruitment has partnered with a leading marine technical services company, currently seeking a Country Manager to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the senior management team, you will act as the face of the company, balancing strategic business development with high-level operational and financial oversight.

Location: Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organisational strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Commercial & Business Development: Act as the primary face of the company in Indonesia, managing high-level commercial relationships to drive growth and market presence.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team to ensure all activities contribute to the organisation's mission. Provide operational and commercial guidance and support, as well as professional development opportunities to team members.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the country budget, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability. Monitor financial performance and report to regional/global management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in team leadership roles within a ship owner, ship manager, or shipyard is required; applicants with classification society experience will be held in high regard .
• Strong managerial skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
• Financial acumen and a strong commercial mindset are a must.
• Marine engineering or naval architecture background is preferred.
