We are now expanding our presence in Europe and are looking for a Country Manager – France to lead commercial development and strategic relations in the French market.

Your Role

As our Country Manager for France, you will act as Titan4’s primary representative in the country, driving growth and positioning the company as a trusted innovation partner for major French stakeholders.

You will:

Lead Titan4’s business development activities across France, with a focus on our five strategic verticals
Build and manage relationships with key clients: utilities, transport operators, engineering groups, government bodies, insurers, real estate portfolios, and large infrastructure owners
Identify and close new business opportunities, from early engagement to contract negotiation
Develop partnerships with national distributors, consultancies, and technology integrators
Support tenders, proposals, and strategic initiatives together with the Titan4 leadership team
Act as Titan4’s local intelligence hub, monitoring market trends, regulatory changes, and innovation programs in France
Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure perfect alignment between customer needs and Titan4’s capabilities.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in at least one of the following sectors: energy & utilities, infrastructure, engineering, gov/public sector, mobility, real estate, insurance, or geospatial/AI technologies
Strong network within French infrastructure operators, utilities, engineering firms, or public authorities
Proven ability to operate independently, manage complex sales cycles, and negotiate high-value contracts
Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
