To expand our footprint in Central Europe, we are seeking a Country Manager – DACH Region

to drive commercial development and strategic partnerships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Your Role

As our exclusive Country Manager for the DACH region, you will be the primary ambassador of Titan4, leading our market growth and establishing strong relationships across this strategic area.

You will:

Lead Titan4’s business development activities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland across our five verticals
Build and nurture relationships with utilities, transport infrastructure operators, engineering firms, government agencies, insurers, real estate groups, and key industry stakeholders
Identify, qualify, and close high-value business opportunities, guiding prospects through complex decision cycles.
Develop partnerships with local integrators, consultancies, and technology providers
Support proposal development, bids, and strategic initiatives together with Titan4’s leadership and technical teams
Act as Titan4’s local market intelligence source, monitoring trends, regulatory developments, and innovation funding programs in the DACH region

Requirements

10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in one or more of the following sectors: energy & utilities, large-scale infrastructure, engineering, public sector, mobility, real estate, insurance, or geospatial/AI technologies
A strong professional network within utilities, infrastructure operators, engineering corporations, or government institutions in the DACH region
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage long and complex sales cycles, and negotiate high-value contracts
