Position Overview
The
Flowback Cost & Controls Specialist
will support the Flowback Foreman and other project teams by coordinating cost tracking, scheduling, and administrative functions related to well flowback operations. This role also contributes to tank farm and fast-lining project execution, and supports the development and enhancement of operational tools and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Flowback Foreman to prepare cost outlooks and input for well budgets (AFEs)
Required Qualifications
Secondary education completed
3–5 years of experience in Oil & Gas upstream/midstream projects or operations
Prior experience supporting wellwork, flowback operations, or project cost/schedule control
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to clearly convey recommendations to management
