The Role
You will build production systems that matter. Not tickets. Not side projects. Core product.
We're hiring at all levels: from early-career engineers to seasoned technical leaders. What matters is how you think, build, and ship.
You'll take end-to-end ownership of features from architecture design to measurable impact — shipping code that directly moves revenue, retention, or product velocity. You'll design clean abstractions in ambiguous environments, evolve systems into scalable AI-native platforms, and make strong trade-offs between velocity and durability.
Either way, you'll collaborate directly with product and commercial teams to shape what gets built, not just how .
