Overview:

Six Flags is seeking a The primary role of the Contracts Paralegal in the Legal Department is to manage the contracts falling under his/her responsibility that includes drafting and/or reviewing the contracts and moving the contracts through the process to signature. This role requires knowledge of the types of contracts, the contracts process, and the approvals necessary throughout the process from contract initiation to final signatures. The Paralegal also provides legal support, as needed, to the attorneys in the Legal Department.
