Job Summary The Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – AI / Machine Learning provides full-cycle recruiting support for technical hiring initiatives at Iambic Therapeutics during a defined engagement period. This role partners closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition lead within HR to drive hiring for machine learning, artificial intelligence, and software engineering roles critical to the company’s technology platform.

Operating as a hands-on recruiting partner, the Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Partner proactively sources and engages qualified talent, manages searches from intake through offer and close, and ensures a positive candidate experience while adhering to established processes and compliance standards.

This role is ideal for an experienced technical recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong track record of identifying and engaging top talent in machine learning, AI research, and engineering.

This position supports hiring across technical and research teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical recruiting
• Experience recruiting for scientific, technical, or specialized roles in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining strong candidate and hiring manager relationships
• Strong consultative partnership skills with the ability to influence and guide hiring managers
