Technical Contract Recruiter (Remote)
3-Month Contract, 40 Hours/Week (Potential to Extend or Convert)
N-Power Medicine is a fast-growing, mission-driven startup looking for a seasoned Technical Contract Recruiter to help us scale. In this role, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for clinical, technical, and AI-driven roles, partnering closely with hiring leaders to build high-impact teams. This is a fully remote contract with the potential to extend or convert to a permanent role.
What You’ll Do
-Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for our teams
-Manage the full cycle, from identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels, to conducting interviews and extending offers
-Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization
-Proactively source and engage top-tier diverse talent in competitive markets
-Build and manage strong candidate pipelines while delivering a standout candidate experience
-Adapt and iterate recruiting strategies as the company scales
-Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required
What We’re Looking For
-6+ years of recruiting experience, including clinical, technical, and AI roles
-Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred
-Passionate about people and providing the best candidate experience
-Demonstrated success in sourcing, recruiting, and closing top-tier Technical talent
-Proficient in using applicant tracking systems
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
-Strong sourcing instincts and comfort recruiting for hard-to-fill roles
-Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
-Clear communicator who can influence and collaborate across teams
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
The hourly rate for this role is $60 - $80/hr. This is a contract, 1099 position and is not eligible for company benefits.
