About Thea Energy: Thea Energy is leveraging recent breakthroughs in stellarator physics and engineering to create a faster and simpler approach to commercializing fusion energy. Position Overview: As a Contract Talent Sourcer (3 months on 1099) at Thea Energy, you will report directly to the VP of People and you will own the top-of-funnel strategy, hunting for seasoned professionals and building pipelines for the next generation of fusion leaders.
