Overview of Role

A public sector client has a requirement for a Business Analyst to join an existing team working on.

The start date will be circa Q4 2025, subject to Garda Vetting being successful. We are looking experienced Business Analysts with Previous public sector contracting experience would be of benefit but not essential.

Experience required

• Leads the review and analysis of the organisation's business intentions, services, processes and information needs to identify changes that lead to business improvements.
• Establishes the contribution that technology can make to business objectives, defining strategies, validating and justifying business needs.
• Conducts feasibility studies, producing high-level and detailed business models.
• Create appropriate functional design documentation to meet the business needs.
• Prepares detailed specifications and oversees development and implementation of solutions, taking into account the implications of change on the organisation and all stakeholders.
• Liaise with management regarding the delivery of process and organisational change. Follow the defined Project Management process and supports delivery projects as both domain expert and in project co-ordination support.
