Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content: blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, product sheets, and social media posts.
Translate complex concepts in AI/ML, predictive analytics, forecasting, automation, and supply chain visibility into content that resonates with decision-makers.
Create compelling copy for product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement materials.

Messaging & Brand Voice

Work with product and marketing teams to craft messaging aligned with product positioning and HiView’s brand language.
Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and storytelling across all touchpoints.
Support leadership content (LinkedIn posts, announcements, event-related messaging) when needed.

Research & Thought Leadership

Research industry trends, customer use cases, and competitive landscape.
Produce narratives that strengthen HiView’s voice in supply chain, logistics, and AI-driven SaaS .

Cross-Team Collaboration

Collaborate with design and video teams to develop scripts, taglines, and creative copy for multimedia content.
Work with SMEs (Product Architects, Data Engineers) to translate technical details into customer-centric insights.

Skills & Qualifications

4 - 5 years of experience as a Content Writer, SaaS Writer, Technical Writer, or Marketing Copywriter.
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, AI/ML, automation, or supply chain technologies (or ability to learn quickly).
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with clarity and precision.
Experience producing both long-form and short-form content across multiple formats.
Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and basic analytics-driven content optimization.
Ability to translate technical features into relatable customer benefits.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working with product, marketing, and design teams.

Experience in Supply Chain SaaS , Logistics Tech, AI-driven software
Understanding of marketing funnels and buyer journey mapping.
