• Manage and grow NSW’s presence across key social platforms, ensuring consistent branding and high-quality interactions.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns that strengthen brand storytelling, technological positioning, and customer engagement.
• Monitor engagement metrics, respond to inquiries, and recommend improvements to enhance community experience and reach.
• Work with content and Marcom teams to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Performance Marketing
• Optimize website and content for SEO to improve search ranking, visibility, and qualified traffic.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms (even AI tools).
• Track performance metrics (e.g. CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate) and refine strategies to maximize ROI.
5. Email, CRM & Lead Nurturing
• Manage CRM workflows and marketing automation systems to enhance customer experience and support the full sales funnel.
• Develop targeted email campaigns and nurturing journeys that convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Analyze engagement data to improve personalization, relevance, and campaign effectiveness.
6. Digital Advertising, Analytics & Reporting
• Oversee all online advertising and remarketing efforts to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.

Academic and Trades Qualification:
➢ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, information technology, multimedia, digital media or related field.
➢ Certifications in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, or data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) are advantageous.
Work Experience and Skills:
➢ 3–5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, content marketing, online campaign management or marcom.
➢ Proficient in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and digital analytics tools.
➢ Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM/automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
➢ Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize performance.
➢ Excellent project management, coordination, and communication skills.
➢ Creativity and adaptability in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
➢ Proficiency in Chinese would be an added advantage.
