About the Role

Building Tomorrow’s Healthcare Together (BTHT) is a boutique expert network connecting global consultants and investors with the sharpest minds in Life Sciences & Healthcare. We are looking for a creative, organized, and healthcare-curious Content & Community Associate to join our Ops team.

Your mission is to turn our internal expertise into a lighthouse for the industry. You will be the voice of our 7-person team on LinkedIn, the editor of our weekly insights, and the producer of our monthly webinars.

A typical week as a Content Associate at BTHT:

• 🧠 Ghostwriting & Personal Branding: Interviewing our 7 team members to draft 1 engaging LinkedIn post for each of them every weekday (capturing their unique "voice").
• ✍️ Thought Leadership: Researching and writing 1 high-impact, SEO-compliant blog article per week for our website focusing on Life Sciences, Consulting and Invesment trends.
• ✉️ Weekly Pulse: Curating and sending our weekly newsletter to our network of clients and experts.
• 🎙 Webinar Management: Coordinating 1 monthly webinar - from inviting relevant guests to managing the live tech and post-event promotion.
• 🐦 Multi-Channel Growth: Reposting core insights to Twitter and managing 2 weekly updates for the BTHT Company LinkedIn page.
• 🚀 Brand Stewardship: Ensuring every piece of content reinforces BTHT’s reputation as a high-end, specialized partner.

Qualifications

• 🗣 Flawless English: Exceptional written and spoken English is a must (French is a strong plus given our client base and team footprint - French Founder).
• 🧬 Healthcare & Finance Literacy: You don’t need to be a doctor, but you must be able to understand the difference between a Payer, a KOL, a VC and a PE. And we will train you.
• 🎨 Content Craft: Experience in B2B copywriting and a basic understanding of SEO principles.
• 🚨 Project Management: Ability to manage a content calendar for 7 different people without breaking a sweat.
