About World Solver Syndicate

World Solver Syndicate is a private investment network of 400+ UHNWs, Family Offices, Angels and exited founders managing ~$50bn in cumulative AUM.

We invest alongside tier-1 funds such as Sequoia, a16z, Khosla and others into high-growth companies including Databricks, Kraken, Audiomob, Ozlo and more.

We are building a long-term, self-sustaining investment platform — and this role is foundational.

This role is fully remote, our culture is relaxed, yet professional. We are excited to have more like-minded individuals join.

Profile

• Junior to mid-level role requiring 2-4 years of experience
• Background in marketing / branding / PR / media
• Exceptional written English
• Strong storytelling skills
• Ability to shift between long-form depth and punchy short-form
• Understands positioning and psychology
• Comfortable working with high-net-worth audiences
• Discreet and professional

The Opportunity

WSS already sits inside a powerful investor network.

Now we have to build external gravity .

We are looking for a brand-driven content strategist who can position WSS as:

• Elite
• Intelligent
• Forward-thinking
• Exclusive but magnetic

Core Responsibilities

Multi-Platform Strategy

• Build the content infrastructure, audit existing WSS positioning, define brand voice, establish a content calendar
• Ability to design a multi-platform content strategy that serves distinct but overlapping goals: thought leadership for the Founders, brand authority for WSS, and lead generation for investor pipeline. You think in systems, not individual posts

Execution

• Write high-level copy (posts, videos, podcasts)
• Run and optimize social campaigns
• Plan and organise webinars
• Land collaboration or paid attendance for Founders
• Develop sponsor and partnership outreach
• Repurpose content intelligently across platforms
• Manage analytics & performance metrics

Brand Building

• Create narrative around portfolio wins
• Turn investment memos into public-facing insights
• Build investor FOMO without breaching confidentiality
• Increase inbound UHNW interest

Bonus:

• Podcast and/or video editing (very big plus and higher compensation)
• High-level graphic design
• Experience working with founders or investors
• Happy to be on camera and create content that builds both WSS's brand and your own, if need be
