Role Overview
We are seeking a
recent graduate or early-career professional
with an entrepreneurial mindset who is eager to grow in the
beauty-tech and healthcare technology sector
. This
full-time, hourly position
provides hands-on experience in consumer success operations and offers the opportunity for long-term career growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
The role begins with a
3-month probationary period
, after which successful candidates may transition to ongoing employment based on performance and business needs.

K-Beauty, hair care, skincare, AI, or healthcare technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a
fast-paced, fully on-site office environment
- Fluent in English (Korean skills a plus, but not required)
Must-Have Qualifications (California & U.S. Compliance)
- Willing to
undergo a background check
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to work
on-site in Irvine, CA
- No current or future need for employment visa sponsorship
