A business administrator, systems engineer, industrial engineer, or from a related field, with experience in consulting, process understanding, or process improvement. Skills, knowledge, and experience:

Analyze and understand client business processes to identify improvement opportunities using Celonis.
Design dashboards, analyses, and automations that maximize customer value.
Lead the team in the timely and high-quality execution of assigned projects.
Ensure accurate delivery and maintain confidentiality in handling client data.
Support the pre-sales process and participate in client meetings to present business proposals.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to strengthen the consulting practice.
Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, systems engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields.
Experience in business processes or consulting (minimum 1 year).
Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
Experience with SQL; Python or Celonis EMS is a plus.
Creativity and ability to propose innovative solutions.
Fluent English (B2+/C1).
Availability to travel for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

Establish strong relationships with our clients to successfully execute Celonis projects.
Design and implement strategies that promote continuous improvement through process mining.
Prepare and deliver high-quality products that exceed client expectations.
