Skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Analyze and understand client business processes to identify improvement opportunities using Celonis.
- Design dashboards, analyses, and automations that maximize customer value.
- Lead the team in the timely and high-quality execution of assigned projects.
- Ensure accurate delivery and maintain confidentiality in handling client data.
- Support the pre-sales process and participate in client meetings to present business proposals.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to strengthen the consulting practice.
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, systems engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in business processes or consulting (minimum 1 year).
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Experience with SQL; Python or Celonis EMS is a plus.
- Creativity and ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Fluent English (B2+/C1).
- Availability to travel for extended periods.
Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with our clients to successfully execute Celonis projects.
- Design and implement strategies that promote continuous improvement through process mining.
