Skills, knowledge, and experiences:

• Analyze and understand client business processes to identify improvement opportunities and design effective solutions.
• Lead the team in the timely and high-quality execution of assigned projects.
• Ensure the delivery of final products and confidentiality in handling client data.
• Support the pre-sales process and participate in client meetings to present business proposals.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and contribute to the development of the consulting area.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, systems engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year experience in business processes.
• Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in programming, SQL, Python, and Machine Learning.
• Creativity and ability to find innovative solutions.
• Fluent in English.
• Availability to travel for extended periods.
