Skills, knowledge, and experiences:
- Analyze and understand client business processes to identify improvement opportunities and design effective solutions.
- Lead the team in the timely and high-quality execution of assigned projects.
- Ensure the delivery of final products and confidentiality in handling client data.
- Support the pre-sales process and participate in client meetings to present business proposals.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and contribute to the development of the consulting area.
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, systems engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year experience in business processes.
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in programming, SQL, Python, and Machine Learning.
- Creativity and ability to find innovative solutions.
- Fluent in English.
- Availability to travel for extended periods.
